Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of UKHRA Limited will be held at The Royal Institute of British Architects, 66 Portland Place, London, England.
W1B 1AD (tel: 020 7307 3888) at 7:00pm on Wednesday 16 July 2003.

As well as the formal AGM there will be an opportunity for members to discuss UKHRA direction and priorities for the next year.

AGM agenda
1. To receive and adopt the Directors' Report and the Accounts for the period 1 April 2002 to 31 March 2003.

2. To elect directors for the period between this second AGM and the 3rd AGM.

3. To confirm that no director is eligible for remuneration.

4. To confirm that no dividend is payable as the company has no share capital.

5. To re-appoint the accountants and authorise the directors to fix their remuneration.
